Ingredients


1/4 cup Pureed pumpkin

1/4 teaspoon classic Dijon mustard

4 sliced white bread

40 Calorie Honey Wheat Bread -

1/2 cup pre-grated white cheddar

4 minced fresh sage leaves

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon unsalted butter,

Flaky sea salt to serve


How to Prepare


1. Season  pumpkin and mustard with salt and pepper stir together

2. Spread pumpkin mixture within 2 slices of bread each and top with cheese and sage. (see pics above)

3. Cover with remaining bread and brush both sides with butter. 

4. Cook in a large nonstick omelette pan over medium heat, flipping it turns golden and crisp which should be in about 7 to 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle flaky salt to taste at serving.

Oven baked veggie fries are no doubt a healthy alternative to deep fried fries.
While the regular fries made with potatoes are not that bad, there is a feeling of relief knowing fully well that you can make your veggie fries with just about all types of vegetables, if you 'know your onions'.

if you are eager to try something new or want a more yummy way to attract kids to eat more veggies,  then this recipe is for you.

It's very easy and simple to make especially for beginners.

Ingredients

*5 peeled carrots, cut or sliced in a crosswise to make matchsticks
*1 Tablespoon of olive oil , can use grape grapeseed oil instead
*1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
*1 teaspoon of white/black sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste

How to Prepare

1. Heat oven at 425ºF then arrange rimmed baking sheet plus parchment paper.
2.  Add the carrots, sesame oil, sesame seeds, tamari, and olive oil into a mid-size bowl.
3. The next thing is to move to the arranged rimmed baking sheet and spread into one layer.
4. In about 25 to 30 minutes it should roast, carrots become crisp and start to caramelize.

Ingredients

*12 corn toasted tortillas (6-inch)

*2 cups dark-meat chicken, (shredded and cooked)

*1 1/2 cups ,Red Salsa or green

*1 cup sour cream

*1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (6 ounces)

*1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles


How to Prepare


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. 

Get a mid-sized squared baking dish, then layer in 4 tortillas, 1 cup chicken, cup chiles, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/3 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup cheese; repeat once. 

Top with remaining tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. 

Then Bake for about 30 to 40 mins or until the top becomes brownish
